Tayport Distillery

Welcome to Tayport Distillery. We are a family-led, grain-to-glass distillery based in Fife, Scotland. Founded by Kecia McDougall, our mission is to honour provenance, quality, and sustainability.

Our process is rooted in our location. We craft our spirits in Scotland’s Fife micro-climate, working directly with local farms to source ingredients within 10 miles of the distillery. We use real, surplus fruit to reduce waste and capture natural flavour.

We are one of the UK distilleries working grain-to-glass to craft our vodka—mashing, fermenting, and distilling on site using local malted barley. For our liqueurs, we work berry-to-bottle, using real fruit juice.

No concentrates. No flavourings. No fuss. Just great taste.

Our commitment to real ingredients has earned global recognition, including being named a Top 10 Vodka in the World by Forbes and winning the Golden Fork from Scotland for our Raspberry Liqueur.
