Taraloka is a Buddhist retreat centre for women who want to meet their lives directly.

Rooted in the Triratna Buddhist tradition, we offer meditation and Buddhist retreats for all levels of experience — from first steps to sustained practice. This is a living tradition: the practices we offer are the ones we commit to ourselves, day by day.

Set in seven acres of countryside in the Welsh Borders, Taraloka is a place to step out of habit, slow down, and wake up.
