Mantis Fist Kung Fu is old skool Chow Gar Southern Praying Mantis — built for close-range combat, hard contact, and real power.

No belts. No fluff. No performance.

We train grip and fingertip strength, tendon conditioning, hand hardening, wrist and forearm strength, and Chin Na (seizing and locking).

Using Iron Dragon Jars, padwork, and conditioning drills that build usable power under pressure — not sport technique.

This is training for control, damage, and resilience.

If your training doesn’t hold up under pressure, it’s not training.
