A private channel to disseminate the activities of the Tamkeen Center for Participation and Equality, a local civil society non-governmental organization working in the province of Dhi Qar is concerned with women's affairs and works to build and enable women's capabilities to play its role in Iraqi society in all aspects of life and active participation in the public life of the city and the country and the positions of political leadership and executive.
