Talking therapy

I am an experienced psychotherapeutic counsellor, supervisor and EMDR/trauma practitioner. This channel is predominantly a resource to raise awareness of psychological processes that may be influencing our daily lives in ways that are not productive to ourselves or others. With awareness of such processes we can often work towards amending some of our own behaviors and reactions while building better boundaries that will enable us to be less reactive around others. This channel is also aimed at assisting those with BPD, NPD and other personality adaptations to better understand their processes so they can work towards change.
