TAILBITE'S®

We’re building an international shrimp franchise from Estonia — and documenting the journey from scratch.

Welcome to TAILBITE’S. Follow Tõnis-Denis and Pille-Riin as we turn a love of shrimp into a food brand built to grow across borders.

From crispy shrimp and new menu ideas to team training, daily operations and the systems behind a franchise, we share what we’re building, testing and learning along the way.

Our ambition is global. Our story starts in Estonia.

Subscribe and follow our journey from scratch to franchise.
