Taco Jones Weightloss

Hey everyone, this is Taco Jones. Im a severely obese man that is fighting to save his own life. about me, from 2020 to 2021 I lost 165lbs with my coach. he sadly passed away unexpectedly and left me so emotionally distraught that I went back to my old ways and gained it all back. Then, from 2023 to 2024 I lost 110lbs all on my own but due to a medical mishap I started gaining it back and it left me so depressed that I gained it all back and then some. By 2025, I hit the 500lb mark and left my job due to medical reasons, got more depressed and sat on my butt and ate my feelings. with the added weight and no exercise, I can barely walk for more than 5 minutes without needing to sit down. Also, developed tachycardia and edema in my feet as well. This is it, I cant do this anymore. My doctor even said bluntly that I was at the end of the road if nothing changes. this channel was made to document my progress in hopes to inspire someone to learn from my lesson before its too late for them.
