Welcome to the Sydney Strength Underground (SSU) Youtube Channel. The SSU Youtube Channel was established to record the accomplishments of our members and their feats of strength in the Squat, the Bench Press and the Deadlift. Orginally founded as the North Sydney Powerlifting Club in 2010, we have changed our name to the Sydney Strength Underground (SSU). We are an online community of lifters who enjoy strength training and the sport of powerlifting. Our name may have changed, but the passion for Powerlifting lives on. Enjoy your visit.
