Sweet Mischief

Rather than fading away, Sweet Mischief burned brightly in 2025 during their all-too-brief time together.

Two sizzling singles - Addicted to Blur and Hope - showcased their brand of heavy Britpop and won them plenty of fans, as did their triumphant set at Camper Calling festival.

But, by the end of 2025 the four friends decided they were heading in different musical directions, so put a full stop on the short story of Sweet Mischief. Moving into 2026, singer Tony Sweet will be unveiling his new project The Magpie, while guitarist Dave Musson and drummer Christopher Piper will focus on their other band Chapter Nineteen, which pre-dated Sweet Mischief, and will be joined by bassist Ant Freeman.

If you missed Sweet Mischief, you missed out!
