SVX Fitness

What really happens in your muscles when you train. We break down exercises on a 3D avatar whose muscles contract fibre by fibre and light up when they work.

Series: which muscles work in each exercise (3D X-ray), workout myths vs science, what happens if…, muscle anatomy made simple, exercise technique on a 3D skeleton. Facts come from research, with sources in each video description.

SVX Fitness is an app for personal trainers and their clients: programs, workout log, measurements, nutrition, chat and 3D exercise technique. Website: https://svx-fitness.ru

Videos do not replace training with a coach or medical advice.
