SV-True-Love - Yachting With Curtis Packer

Welcome to SV True Love | Yachting with Curtis Packer—a channel for yacht buyers, sellers, owners, sailors, anyone who shares a passion for life on the water.

I began sailing on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, in 1971. I raced Hobie Cats, Laser's and crewed on larger monohulls. I have a passion for deep sea fishing which was inspired by the late Frank Mundus. I was on the beach in Martha's Vineyard with my family, during the filming of Jaws.

Today, as a Certified Professional Yacht Broker, I combine more than five decades of sailing, yachting and fishing experience with professional yacht-market knowledge.

Each week, I will share useful and straightforward information about:

• Buying and selling yachts
• Current yacht-market issues and trends
• Yacht reviews and boat-show walkthroughs
• Surveys, sea trials, valuation, and negotiation
• Ownership, maintenance, safety, and seamanship

New videos published weekly.
