This channel is where transparency and joy meet. Let's normalize conversations surrounding mental health, domestic violence, childhood trauma, community service, advocacy, pageantry with purpose, and the everyday moments that remind us joy does exist alongside hardship.

As a four-time suicide attempt survivor and survivor of childhood trauma and domestic violence, I know what it feels like to live solely in survival mode. Since healing I've made it my life's purpose to help others discover that it is possible to thrive after surviving and by sharing my story I hope show that we're never alone.
