Selectah Grego

Selecta Grego's channel...
Grego, real name António Bossa, is the Reggae Music pioneer selectah (DJ) of Cascais area in Portugal.
Born in 1966 and having started his career in the early 90s.
His parties at Guincho Beach were the place to be if you wanted to dance to the Reggae vibes all night. Most parties were at least eight hours long.
Grego would start at 11pm and his style was influenced by the DJs of the locally famous 2001 venue, where one song starts at the end of the previous one. No pull ups, like many soundsystems and selectors do. No microphone messages.
Just eight hours straight of Roots Rock Reggae to dance and dance to.
His mission has always been the spreading of the genre, bringing the latest releases to the public.
His favourite styles are: Roots (One Drop, Rockers, Steppers, Dub), some Dancehall, some Toasters.
No Digital and no Ragga.
Grego was Guincho's Lifeguard for many years, a surfer since 1977, therefore his selectah mates dubbed him
The Surferstepper.
