Ash Allen, MD

Dr. Ash is an ER physician blending emergency medicine, integrative healing, and energetic wellness. A surfer, single mama, adventurer, and believer in the magic of the universe, she transformed her own journey through chronic pain and illness into a mission: helping others access the healing and vitality they once thought impossible.

She believes true wellness should be accessible to everyone — and that many of the most powerful healing tools are closer than we think.

Here’s to a healthier, more aligned you.
