Sun Life Centre for Healthy Communities

Sun Life Centre for Healthy Communities is run out of the Kinesiology Department at Wilfird Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario and generously supported by Sun Life and Pepsi Co. Canada Foundation. We are focused on providing physical activity and educational programming to the community as a platform for conducting holistic and integrated research on physical activity and healthy living knowledge to assist in solving the puzzle of physical inactivity (i.e., physiological, psychological, socio-cultural) across the age continuum.
