Chartres in Light: Sung Scriptural Rosary

Pray the twenty Rosary mysteries through sung Scripture and Chartres Cathedral’s sacred art.

Chartres Cathedral: an "extraordinary Bible in stone and glass". Soaring architecture and remarkably preserved stained glass, much of it around 800 years old, invite contemplation of Christ with Mary.

Each mystery: announcement, Our Father, sung Scripture, Glory Be. Gospel meditations are approximately equal in length. Pray ten Hail Marys quietly; pause as needed.

English (Douay–Rheims); Spanish, French and Portuguese to follow. Films on other historic cathedrals planned.

AI choral music, selected and edited for prayer. No AI reconstruction of the visuals. We welcome human choirs for a new edition.

Not officially affiliated with the Chartres Cathedral.
