My name is Sammy Jo Feenburg and I'm a Natural Pro Figure Competitor, Commentator, and Live Streamer. I will be sharing the stories of men and women in the fitness industry. Women in particular have many struggles that they must deal with and overcome as Female Competitors. We will dive into the mental and physical side of the sport of natural bodybuilding.

Aside from streaming live bodybuilding events I will also sharing some tutorial videos so others can learn and start creating content and live streams on a budget. So much money is wasted on equipment we think we need and I will share tips and tricks that will save money, but still produce quality videos. Many of us are hobbyists who work hard for our money so let's spend it wisely!

I'm here to motive all the ladies who have dreamed about stepping on a bodybuilding stage, but just have questions about the sport. I want my guests to inspiration and share openly all and highs and lows of the sport of bodybuilding!
