Strong With Neesha

Hey, I’m Neesha! 👋

Formerly MrsSlimOnPlants

I’m a certified personal trainer, nutrition enthusiast, and strength-training obsessed woman in my 40s who believes getting older should mean getting **stronger — not smaller.** 💪

Here I share realistic workouts, strength-training tips, high-protein meals, plant-based nutrition, and practical strategies to help you **build muscle, lose fat, and age strong.**

A lot of my food is plant-based 🌱, but you definitely don’t have to be vegan to follow along!

No crash diets. No extremes. No trying to live on lettuce. 😂 Just smart training, supportive nutrition, consistency, and finding a way to enjoy the process.

If you're 40+ and want to get stronger, leaner, healthier, and feel amazing in your body, you're in the right place.
