Liubov - Personal Trainer and Heels Dance Teacher

Resistance training and heels dancing. My formula for feeling confident, strong, healthy, sexy and empowered.

Lifting is the foundation. Muscle protects your bones, keeps your metabolism working and carries you into your later decades still able to do what you want. It builds the body you want to live in, not just look at.

Dance is the other half. Heels is real cardio with no running, and learning choreography challenges your brain in a way that matters for how you age. It reconnects you with your feminine side, and that reaches further than most women expect: how you feel in your skin, your libido, your intimate relationships.

Here you will find strength training that fits around real life, beginner heels tutorials broken down slowly, and everything I know about building a body that lasts.

No dance experience needed. You do not need to be flexible or already feel confident. That is what we build.
