Robin Taylor, Doctor of Physical Therapy, here.  I have 28 years of experience in the field, am a two sport college athlete,  coach, and fitness instructor. I am using this channel to share self care strategies to elevate movement and maximize function.  As a working PT in my boutique private practice, I treat patients with an eclectic approach based on a detailed examination. My skill set includes manual therapy (Graston/cupping/joint mobilization) corrective exercises, strength training, pilates, yoga, dry needling, taping and much more.
