STRIDE Community Health Center

Our mission at STRIDE CHC is to partner with the Denver community to provide excellent, culturally-sensitive health care services that meet each individual's needs. We want to empower all individuals to live the lives they want by providing personalized, compassionate healthcare including medical, behavioral, and other health services. STRIDE CHC was established in 1989 as a 501(c)(3) Federally Qualified Health Center. Our focus was to respond to the primary health care needs of the medically indigent population in and around the Denver suburbs. We have since grown to have the largest population base of an FQCH in Colorado while providing our patients with excellent medical, behavioral health, dental, pharmacy, care coordination, out reach and enrollment services, and many other health services.
