Stratflow Australia

Stratflow Australia is a Brisbane mining productivity consultancy. We help mine sites run the whole operation around its constraint, using Theory of Constraints and the Flow Room.

This channel has explainers and talks on why we think mines lose tonnes when every department chases its own targets, and on what changes when buffers and spare capacity protect the constraint. Some videos go with Stratflow's mining simulations at sim.stratflow.com.au.
