STERLINGLAND Residences and Development Inc. was conceptualized in January 2013 by three (3) dynamic professionals who have a forward looking vision to develop an environmentally, socially and spiritually responsible community that will enhance the quality of life where residents can nurture the joy of living, the serenity of space, the warmth of a family and the peace of a secure future.

The founders saw the need for affordable housing intended for the underserved middle class that will provide security to their families and give added value to their hard earned savings.

Armed with this pioneering vision and their experience and expertise in the field of Banking, Legal, Finance and Wealth Management, the group decided to venture into the property sector and utilize the available landholdings they have acquired to fulfill the dreams of working professionals to have a home they can call their own with easy and affordable installment plan.
