Breaking Bread Boutique

Health is Wealth.

I’m Stephanie Colón, an integrative life coach, certified in nutrition and fitness with a background in behavioral health and a former licensed counselor. My journey began over 20 years ago while pregnant with my oldest child and grows through life experience, education and professional training.

Breaking Bread Boutique is the intersection of what I’ve learned, lived and continue to practice—mindset, behavior, nutrition, fitness, environment and discernment. We work micro to macro, connecting the dots and recalibrating intentional changes into everyday life.

What we repeatedly think, practice and do matters. I believe wisdom is developed through learning, experience and discernment, questioning, paying attention, considering the source and recognizing what is right and applicable for you.

I value sharing knowledge, learning from one another and building relationships with professionals whose work complements my own. Community over competition.
