Stephan Fischli · Agentic Orchestration

Do we still need BPMN and CMMN in the age of AI agents? Yes, more than ever. AI agents are changing how business processes run. But who checks what they do? This channel is about agentic orchestration with method.

Questions from practice in banking, insurance, public administration and industry: How do documents and knowledge become a reliable model? Where does the agent decide, and where the human? And how does it all get cleanly into a BPMS? (Business Process Management System such as Flowable, Camunda etc.)

I'm Stephan Fischli, involved in the development of BPMN since 2003, co-author and translator of «BPMN Method & Style» (B. Silver / S. Fischli). Open standards matter more than ever today: traceability, auditability, regulation.

New videos regularly, and whenever something moves in the world of AI agents. This is my personal channel with my own opinions.
