Stealthness Run Challenge

This channel is my journal on reducing my weight and improving my fitness to enjoy a healthier lifestyle.

A bit about me, I am almost 50. In 2017, I had a BMI of 43, was classed morbidly obese and had developed type 2 diabetes. Over the next two years of running, I shed 20kg and reversed my diabetes. However, the pandemic stuck, and gyms were closed and drifted back up 10kg. Just before the lockdown, I had placed on London Marathon, which was postponed thrice when I finally ran it in 2023. It was a disaster failing after 11 miles with a reoccurring knee injury that blighted 2022.

So now, in 2023, is my road to recovery, a serious attempt at losing weight, keeping it off, and returning to my running form of 2019.

As a side project, also there are videos of time-lapse footage from around London.
