We are 3 personal trainer siblings, including an Olympic runner, from Christchurch, New Zealand. We love helping people live their lives to the full!

In addition to our YouTube channel, our Facebook Subscribers group will provide you with live 25 minute body-weight workouts daily that you can do from the comfort of you own home or anywhere - no equipment needed. You can Chrome-cast our workouts, so we appear on your TV.

Only $12 NZD per month (around $7.5 USD / £6 / €7) for unlimited access to our 12 live workout videos each week. Watch as many of them as you want through our Subscribers Facebook page live or delayed.

You will have variety with 4 different sessions from each of the 3 of us trainers per week, with different levels of intensity. Our timetable is on our website. We look forward to having you in the fitness family!

Although not likely to happen, doing our exercise sessions could cause injury or harm and doing our videos is at your own risk.
