Starting Over At 57

Rebuilding my health, finances and life at 57—and helping Gen X men and women do the same through accountability, discipline and personal responsibility.

New videos every day about starting over, improving your health, rebuilding your confidence and creating a better life at any age.

I also offer one-on-one accountability coaching for $50 per week.

Coaching includes:

• One personalized 30-minute phone call every week
• Clear goals based on your situation
• A practical weekly action plan
• Honest accountability to help you follow through

The first month is paid upfront. This is accountability coaching—not therapy or medical advice.
