Starr D Ranch Horse Sanctuary

We are a 501(c)3 non-profit horse sanctuary in Weatherford, Texas. Our horses were rescued from a kill pen before being shipped to slaughter in Mexico. They have a second lease on life here with us and show us how thankful they are every day. From starving, sick, abused and giving up on life to healthy, happy, maybe a little equine drama and lots of muzzle kisses. Join Tonto, Fancy, Khali, Oona, Aurora, Kat and Liberty on their new journeys here at Starr D Ranch.
