Springboard Leaders

Hi welcome to Springboard Leaders. I'm Steve Strange and I am passionate about coaching new and established Engineering leaders to aspire to develop their leadership capability through-life. Leadership changes the more senior you become. You also change as you mature. So it's important to evolve your leadership skills to ensure that they keep pace. This will allow you to continually build sustainable high-performing Engineering teams. Drawing on a range of diverse experiences throughout my career in the military, commercial and diplomatic arenas, I can help inspire you to aspire to be the Engineering leader you want to be.

The topics covered will help you hone your skills, and perhaps expose you to areas of leadership, productivity and team-building you may not have considered.
