I'm Andrew and I'm a Chef and Nutritionist.  I have always believed that good food should also be good for you.  I created Spirited Food around that idea : that good food is enjoyable and fulfilling and can also heal and nurture the body.  Spirited Food teaches Food Focused Nutrition, the very practical and sustainable approach to good eating that Chef Andrew created over a 20-year career as a private chef, food and nutrition educator, and culinary instructor.
