Space & Flow Yoga

SPACE & FLOW Yoga is a practice and teaching method that weaves beautifully between three paradigms of expression: Yoga, Dance and Somatics… and the courses (mentoring, teacher trainings, retreats) is open to both already qualified teachers and those who are looking to now embark on their teaching journey with a tried and tested teaching method.
