The Pryor King Mortgage Team–A Branch of loanDepot

Hi, I'm Susan Pryor, the Branch Manager of Loan Depot. My partners, Shandy King, Brandy Harrison & I are here to help you navigate the home buying process. We have a personal approach to lending. We assess your goals and help you obtain a safe loan with the best possible rate and payment. Our team has over 40 years of lending experience. Ask us about our Unfair Advantage program that will help you compete with Cash offers in this HIGHLY competitive market. This program allows you to get completely underwritten before you even pick a property. With Unfair Advantage, we give you full approval that you can present with your offer. Even with all the new regulations in place (TRID), we can close your purchase in as little as 2 weeks after you complete the Unfair Advantage Process. Let us help you buy the home of your dreams.
