Sourdough Sophia

Hi, I'm Sophia, founder of Sourdough Sophia.

It all started with me baking for my neighbours at my dining room table and selling loaves from my front door. Today, Sourdough Sophia has grown into seven pink bakeries across London.

On this channel, I'll be sharing a behind-the-scenes look at life in our bakeries, experimenting with new recipes, and inviting fellow chefs and bakers into the kitchen to bake alongside me.
