There is evidence for the Bible and Jesus Christ: archeological, spiritual, and prophetic.   Religions, pastors, and churches often deviate from the Truth.  People suffer for lack of knowledge because they do not seek the Lord or read their Bible. Many listen to a pastor, priest, rabbi, or authority figure without reading the Bible or seeking the Lord for discernment. If they did, many world leave their church, synagogue, or mosque immediately.   

You don't need to try to sift through all of history and it's lies.  Ask the Lord to make Himself known to you,  He will.
