Sound Steps

Welcome to The Sound Steps YouTube Channel!
I have worked with families across the world to raise their deaf or hard-of-hearing babies and young children, to listen, learn, think, and talk like other children their age.
This has taught me to always appreciate and respect the resilience of parents.
I’m Shefali Shah, an LSL Certified Auditory-Verbal therapist (LSL Cert. AVT).
On the first of every month, I share the stories of these families as they confronted their fears, overcame their pain and became joyful again.
I hope this helps you make informed choices.
