Hi Everyone! My name is Meghan I am a yoga teacher and fitness instructor, as well
as a  recovering addict.

Yoga, and movement has been such a huge part of my life, and my recovery it helped me reconnect with myself and turn my life around 


My channel is here to share my journey and to connect with and inspire others . My channel is more then just movement but there will be lots of yoga and fitness videos 

Moving with me means moving with ease , your movement & workouts dont have to be intense or hard on the body i have done it all over the years and what i have found most beneficial is gentle and intuitive movement and that what i am here to share with you . From yoga flows,  deep stretches and pilates&fitness to living simple life on the farm   and so so much more , I am excited to share my journey with you all
