soodeh moallemian

I’m Soodeh—a neuroscientist/data scientist on a mission to uncover the mysteries of the aging brain, Alzheimer’s, and what keeps our minds sharp as we age. But don’t worry—this isn’t a science lecture. We keep things real, fun, and curious!

You’ll find brainy topics like:
🔬 How brain imaging reveals the secrets of memory and aging
🧬 What sleep, genes, and lifestyle have to do with brain health
✨ Personal stories about life as a researcher (including the messy parts!)

But it’s not all lab coats and data! I’ll take you behind the scenes of research life—grant writing struggles, setting up experiments, and balancing science with real life. I’ll also share my journey from math lover to neuroscientist, navigating life between cultures and the motivation that keeps me going.
