Something's wrong with my gmod

This is an archive of weird glitches/events that are happening in my copy of Garry's Mod. They all seem to involve a specific Half-Life scientist (npc? I'm not sure). If anyone watching has had or is experiencing things similar to what I am experiencing, please give me some advice on how to fix this. If you haven't, then leave a suggestion, it would really help.
