Somatic Tools for Transformation

Somatic tools for when you’re overwhelmed, exhausted, or holding it together for everyone.

I’m Rachel Wilson, a licensed therapist (LCSW) and certified yoga therapist with nearly 20 years in trauma work. This channel is where I teach the body-based practices I use with clients: how to calm your nervous system, come back to your body, and stop running on empty.

Some of it is for anyone who needs a reset. A lot of it is for sensitive people, especially the ones who’ve gotten so good at being the strong one that no one can tell how much they feel.

You’re not broken. Your patterns made sense. You just deserve more choices now.

New videos weekly, with Shorts in between.

I have a bunch of free resources below and options to go deeper into this work with me. 👇
