I’m Rachel — a somatic therapist and coach. I support sensitive people in demanding roles, and I know this experience from the inside. I created this space for people who are burning out not because they’re failing, but because they’re trying to survive in systems that don’t support sensitive nervous systems.

Here you’ll find simple, body-based practices to help you calm overwhelm, set limits without guilt spirals, and feel more grounded and steady in your work and life. This isn’t about fixing you — it’s about supporting how you’re wired.
