This is the channel of Sohyoh, a pottery company in Arita, Saga Prefecture, Japan.
The channel focuses on the activities of Sohyoh's current owner, Toshihiko Tsuji, and the next owner, Takuma Tsuji, as well as the world of ceramics. (Updated on Friday)

-About Sohyoh
代々、日本磁器発祥の地である佐賀県有田町で作家として活動している辻家。香蘭社の図案部で活躍していた先代･辻一堂が、1954年に新興古伊万里研究所を設立し、12年後に「聡窯」と改名。
身近にある風景や自然のモチーフを先代から受け継ぐ線刻技法と呉須(青色の絵の具)で描く。

The Tsuji family has been active as artists in Arita Town, Saga Prefecture, the birthplace of Japanese porcelain for generations. The predecessor, Ichido Tsuji, who was active in the design department of Koransha, established the Ko-Imari Laboratory in 1954, and 12 years later changed the name to "Sohyoh" .
He paints motifs of familiar landscapes and nature using the line engraving technique inherited from his predecessors and Gosu (blue pigment).
