sofa’s bakery

hi, I'm Sofa! by day I work a 9 to 5. by night I'm building a bakery from scratch and bringing my silly girl dream to life.

on this channel I document everything it takes to get there: testing and developing recipes, figuring out how to scale them, learning new techniques, designing my branding and packaging, and the bajillion other things nobody tells you about starting a food business.

if you've got a dream that unwhimsy people call unrealistic, come along!
