СМОГ

СМОГ is an alternative hardcore/rapcore
band based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Their music has roots in extreme and nu metal, hardcore punk, hip-hop and emo, resulting in a combination of crushing yet emotional hardcore grooves, combined with heavy flows, harsh vocals and deep social topics.

Their mascot, The Corporate Wolf, is a lycantropic figure, who appears on poster and album art, as well as on stage, is a personification of the old Bulgarian saying "Bears in the woods, wolves in the village". It symbolizes greed, oppression, spite and tyrrany.

Their 2025 EP "Култура?" is a continuation of their debut album, but with a more direct message, angrier, with hints of disgust against the blind herd of people putting up with the mass disinformation, the abscence of culture and education, abuse of power, and the corrupt self-proclaimed shepherds leading them towards their demise.
