SMART STRUCTURES

Smart Structure's mission is to make the physical infrastructure for bridges, buildings, pipelines, transit systems, power plants, water / waste water, and tunnels SMART. During construction, we reduce construction cost and quality control costs as well as increased safety on the job site by relaying real time data including structural health, material strength, load-bearing capacity, integrity, and crack/defect detection. Post construction, Smart Structure's technology can be used to provide ongoing life time monitoring for structural health, predictive maintenance/failure, storm damage risk assessment and situation awareness before/during/after major events such as hurricanes and earthquakes.
