Welcome to slay the plate 
I am someone who has always been fascinated with food and how the simplest change in your recipe can greatly alter the taste either making it mouth-watering or unpalatable. 
I have been on this journey of solving the mystery of flavour my entire life. I grew up in a neighbourhood with a lot of cultural diversity which brought me diversity in food. 
In this one neighbourhood everyone had different recipes the same dishes. So, not only did I have a plethora of dishes from all over the country to experience, I also got the peculiar opportunity to learn different recipes for the same dish. 
After having spent years trying out different dishes and experimenting with their recipes. 

I now want to share them with you and I want you and your family to enjoy them as much as I do.
