Sky Green Yoga - Yoga with Kip

Welcome! I have been practicing yoga since 2004 and yoga is my chill pill, helping manage my anxiety. I have been teaching yoga classes since 2018 and love it. I hope that you find my style of teaching enjoyable and beneficial.

I encourage you to listen to your body during each and every yoga practice. If you’re able, push yourself, but also know to back off if you reach pain or aren’t able to keep up. Let each and every practice be your own peaceful journey.
