Simone Jones Meditations & Sound Baths

My guided meditations and sound baths are designed to support you when life feels busy, heavy, or overwhelming. Each session gently guides you into a deeply relaxed state, helping you unwind from stress, anxiety, and the everyday noise that builds up over time.

The meditations are intuitively guided as I record them — and they’re not always perfectly polished, which I’ve come to love. What matters most is the depth of presence and connection they offer. You’re invited into a calm, spacious experience that helps you recentre, realign, and reconnect with yourself.

After the guided portion, you’ll have time to rest quietly with calming background music, allowing the experience to settle and unfold in its own way.
