Silēntruth of Life

Welcome to this space.

I’m Dorida - Marilena, a wisdom and healing guide, devoted to the healing, awakening, and creative unfolding of the human experience. Rooted in the Indigenous Hellenic Ancient Wisdom, therapeutic teachings, somatic and restorative healing, and the creative arts, I weave practical, mystical, and artistic tools into a path of self‑awareness and transformation. Here you will find teachings, practices, reflections, and creative explorations that nourish the body, clarify the mind, and awaken the wisdom of the heart.

My work is dedicated to women seeking depth, embodiment, healing, and a more conscious relationship with themselves and life. Whether you arrive through therapeutic practices, feminine awakening, creative expression, or a longing for inner truth, may this space inspire you to slow down, listen deeply, and remember who you are.

Welcome — I am honored to share this journey with you.
