Silent Partners, Powered by Gallup

Most organizations now have AI. Few have changed how work actually gets done. We call that distance the AI Adoption Gap.

Silent Partners, Powered by Gallup®, is a joint venture of Gallup and Silent Partners built to close it. Grounded in Gallup's research on leadership, engagement and strengths, we train senior leaders first, then equip people across the organization to redesign their own work around what they do best: judgment, creativity and accountability.

The approach is model-agnostic and sells no AI tools, so the capability stays with your own people as the technology changes.

On this channel: short takes from founder and CEO Andrew Peters, and conversations with leaders doing this work.
