Hi, my name is Shuna!

I am 42 years old as of 2024, and I run a company while raising my 4 and 7 year old daughters every day.

I have a strong desire to continue to challenge myself in many things even after I reach my 40s as an adult, and I started this channel in the hope that by reviewing my actual experiences during these challenges, I can help those who are going through them in any way I can.

The Japanese economy is not doing well, but I hope that people will not give up because of money, physical strength, or energy, but rather think positively and ask themselves, "How can I achieve my goals? I would like to think positively and take action.

I will be posting more videos of my life-sized daily life, but I would be happy if I can be of some help to someone somewhere in the world!
